(UEN: 202545886E), hereinafter “Mortgage Crunch” or “the Company”, and our website https://mortgagecrunch.sg, mobile applications, and any associated software (collectively, the “Platform”).

Mortgage Crunch provides a technology platform designed to connect individuals seeking financial services and products with third-party providers, including financial institutions, brokers, and agents (collectively, “Financial Service Providers”). Mortgage Crunch does not provide financial advice or services itself. By using our Services, you acknowledge that your interactions and transactions are directly with the Financial Service Providers, and Mortgage Crunch is not responsible for their actions, offerings, or advice.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Mortgage Crunch may update or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect when posted on https://mortgagecrunch.sg. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

HOW MORTGAGE CRUNCH WORKS

Mortgage Crunch operates a mortgage brokerage advisory firm which allows clients to compare different mortgage loans offered in Singapore by various Financial Service Providers. You may be asked to provide personal information to facilitate these comparisons. This information may be shared with relevant Financial Service Providers, who may contact you to assist with their products and services. Mortgage Crunch does not participate in negotiations, contracts, or the purchase of financial products.

The Services are free to users. Mortgage Crunch generates revenue through fees paid by Financial Service Providers when a user engages their services. While we strive to provide accurate information, Mortgage Crunch is not responsible for errors, omissions, or incomplete information submitted by you or provided by Financial Service Providers.

Any agreement or purchase of financial products occurs directly between you and the Financial Service Provider. Mortgage Crunch is not liable for the quality, suitability, or outcomes of these products or services.

USER REQUIREMENTS

To use the Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
- Use the Services solely for personal, lawful purposes.
- Keep your login credentials secure and not allow others to use your account.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws while using the Services and to access the Platform only through authorized means. Mortgage Crunch reserves the right to block access to users who attempt to use the Platform improperly or with unauthorized devices.

By using the Services, you consent to Mortgage Crunch collecting, processing, and sharing your personal information as described in our Privacy Notice. This may include:

DISCLAIMERS

The Platform and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Mortgage Crunch does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content. The Services do not constitute financial advice, and you should seek independent professional advice before making financial decisions.

Mortgage Crunch is not responsible for interruptions, security breaches, or technical issues outside our control, including network failures, malware, or natural disasters. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices and data.

LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mortgage Crunch is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the Services, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability in connection with these Terms is limited to SGD 100.

FORCE MAJEURE

Mortgage Crunch is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, terrorism, epidemics, labor disputes, or government actions.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold Mortgage Crunch harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

TERMINATION

Mortgage Crunch may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Termination does not waive our right to enforce obligations accrued prior to termination.

THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

No person or entity not party to this agreement has any right to enforce these Terms under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act, Chapter 53B of Singapore.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes must be submitted to the courts of Singapore, though Mortgage Crunch may also pursue claims in other jurisdictions if necessary.
